• Collaboration features (Pro plan)

3. Account Terms

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

6. Subscription & Billing

We offer the following plans:

• Starter (Free): Limited charts per month, basic features
• Pro ($29/month or $24/month billed yearly): Unlimited charts, advanced features, priority support

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated charts will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of outputs before making decisions based on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bargenic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
