The Starter plan is free forever. Since no payment is required, no refund is applicable for this tier.

Pro Plan Refunds

We want you to love Bargenic. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Request a full refund — no questions asked
  • After 14 days: You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period (no partial refunds)

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for Bargenic (one refund per customer)
  • Your account has not been terminated for policy violations

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund (optional)
  3. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Subsequent refund requests (one per customer)
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
